$500 - retention offer promo- per xfinity address & account
+$200 gc per new samsung line, max of 5 lines per xm acct.
$1500 maximum per xfinity account.

-$12/gb shared data between phones on acct or $45 unlimited per line.

If you do not see at least the 500 I would be concerned. May have to fight for it later. Calling now they will most likely just say to wait. Might be good to have them note it on the account.

No one is seeing the 200 dollar one. Except for one person but that is just a single datapoint and they couldn't see the 500 gc.

hmm. not sure if we are pissed off. my order was placed by retention agent and I paid full amount for lg x-charge. may be that is why there is no document showing up.

I went to Xfinity shop today, explained I am 3 month old Internet customer and ordered TV order yesterday and try to see I get this 500$ deal If i take mobile connection.
The Representative looked up the system and went to talk to someone and said , Sir Unfortunately you are not eligible, since you are with XFINITY 3 month . He Said, I have to be new customer to XFINITY , blah blah and Gave me a paper which shows 500$ offer and eligible pointsConfused.

Left the store, called to Xfinity customer care as suggested here in forum, the guys answered and I said same thing, He told me I am very much eligible, He double confirmed me will get 500$ ( said already he applied on my account but wil be getting after 16-18 weeks ) and 200$ will be delivered from Samsung. Also the store guy told me I have to transfer the existing line, but this guy told no need to beApplause.

Just signed up for the $500 VGC promo through a very helpful retentions dept agent, with no port-in requirement, as an internet only customer. She mentioned that the $200 Samsung offer could go up in dollar amount in the future, as well as a potential iPhone promo coming in the future (which is not surprising). So no rush to jump on the current Samsung offer.

Does anyone know whether Xfinity Mobile shows up on the credit card statement the same way as Xfinity Internet, i.e., double-dippable for the Amex offer of 10% off cable/satellite internet? It doesn't seem eligible for the Amex offer of 10% off cell phone bills, as that offer has language restricting it to the Big 4 cell carriers + US Cellular.

How long after signup will details show up in your Xfinity Mobile My Account show something? Mine jsut says:

"Status DashboardFrom shipping to activation, see the status of your new devices Looking for a pre-ordered or backordered device? No worries—it can take up to two days for those to appear. You'll be seeing it back here soon."

I just signed up 30 mins ago, and I see the 500 vgc pdf at https://customer.xfinity.com/#/se.../contracts . There was also a blurb about the 500 VGC when I clicked on "Offer Terms & Details" on the confirmation webpage, after I clicked "I agree" to the order approval email the retention agent had to send me, in order to finalize the order.

How do you guys make a XM account? I only have a xfinity account and it only shows the internet service. I ordered the iPhone X and it's on backorder so do I just have to wait till it's activated?

BTW, I do see the mention of the $500 in my legal document section.
