I called and their agent was asking for a copy of the ad Frown did this occur to anyone else? The only ad I can find is the one where I have to get the triple play, but i'm already a customer that uses their internet and TV.

as repeatedly posted and advised. both xm and xfinity main account sites should be showing the giftcards after phone is activated. some dont see it right away and tech is aware and working on it. beyond have a phone rep verify the codes are on acct you are just out of luck. thats reality until tech fixes the site and hopefully it will be done sooner than later.

per all the internal info phones must be activated within 7 days of delivery. this is updated info replacing the 12/15 date previously advised as end date per that info. since more phones are now being backordered they are accomodating them now. some reps just dont pay attention to the notices and updates.

Just FYI, in MD and the $500 showed in account immediately after placing order. I activated the phone upon receipt and have been using it for a week. The $200 still doesn't show up.

Just making sure, aren't we supposed to see the $500 and the $200 on the account? I spoke with a phone rep too, and they saw only the $500, but they said the $200 was not "coded" into the account. They said that I would still get it though, despite it not being there on their or my end. I received verbal confirmation by both sales when I bought the phone, and today by a customer care supervisor that I would get both cards.

I bought a Samsung S8 on Nov 10th.

@liltricky0001 is this true? that you have to get the phone in hand before the 12/4 and 12/14 deadlines to get 500 and 200 respectivley

Spoke to a representative, I've been told in order to qualify for the $500 and/or $200 (for Samsung phones) you have to get the new service before 12/4. You can activate the phone later, it will not affect the GCs.

I am sorry if my query is answered earlier. Can i activate my new iphone x, remove the xfinity sim and replace with an ATT sim and continue to use it? I shall ofcourse pay the bill for 90 days and will i still be eligible for the 500 GC after 90 days? If the answer is a NO to my question, how would xfinity detect as what sim i am using in the phone?

Hey curttard, im also in MD too and wasnt able to get the promotion unless I emailed them a copy of the ad, was this true for you?

No, I just kept calling back until I got a retentions rep who knew about the deal. Took three tries.
