I love sweet potatoes, but I'm all about the dressing!

Cornbread dressing, made with either chorizo or andouille sausage, onions, celery, and pecans. Load that stuff up with all the good things, moisten it with a mix of chicken broth and melted butter, and bake it until the top is crunchy and the inside is full of moist, steamy flavor.

Not a big turkey fan, yet we still make one every year.

My favorite part is when the party is over, and I get to relax.

Apple Pie.

DW got wise to this and bakes 2 pies, so now other family members get a to have some Pie Eat

2nd to the Apple Pie is "the whole meal"

Turkey with gravy, Mash Potatoes, Stuffing, Buttered Rolls and Corn.

Shut your mouth! I like mine with a really good pork sausage, but other than that, I wholeheartedly agree!

There's a lot to be said for being able to pull everything back out the next day and throwing a plate in the microwave. No cooking!
