After having played the premium maps trial, it's safe to say the PC community has abandoned this game. I could barely get a full match going.

Substantial. And honestly, this is the BEST fps made. Less COD mad-rush-kill-them-all-chaos, and instead this game rewards team play and strategy. A medic or support player can rank top 5 in any game with only 1/4 of the kills as another, but this is possible because of other actions such has healing, revives, ammo supply, and strategic objective capture and defend.

Brilliant game. I bought game and premium for a total of $100 almost a year ago. Best $100 entertainment I've ever spent. Not bitter at all to see the price so cheap now because I've gotten so many hours of fun out of this game - essentially the only game I've played for this past year. Many BF1 players are the same - dedicated and hooked. If you are joining now, you will find a very active community for some time still. The only thing that could potentially hurt this is when the next game Battlefield comes out. COD WW2 hasn't really put much of a dent in the player base at all as far as I've seen.

Just had a few full game in operation dlc maps yesterday on pc. Don't get why people complain its dead. Never had to wait more than 20seconds for a operation quick match

I don't care much about those boxes and skins etc.
