It's a good price for a good video card. I wouldn't have noticed it without the individual post. They are going for $260 on amazon so even without the discount $210 is a pretty good deal.

whats the difference between the Mini & regular versions of these cards besides the form factor? Do they perform worse than the standard size ones?

Clock speed is probably a little bit slower and perhaps the cooling is not as efficient with a single fan but the power draw is probably lower?
