make sure your grains are split... they will look like someone took one chew on them... if they aren't, put them in a zip lock and start rolling them with a roller(the thing that bakers use for dough)...don't smash them, you just want them to crack open...

luckily you are probably getting unfermentables from those specialty grain...and it probably isn't a huuuuuge deal considering the malt syrup is your base...
just not smash them, take a beer bottle or wine bottle as previously mentioned...
