Microsoft Xbox Gift Cards are good for purchases at MicrosoftStore.com as well as through the Xbox Store on the console and the Windows Store on a PC/mobile device.
Redeeming this type of currency can be banked "indefinitely" when tied to your Microsoft/Xbox account as it does not expire (in theory).
The terms for the "BF20" urlhasbeenblocked promo state, in part: "This Coupon can be used only once per account within a single transaction with one merchant, while supplies last." Although this vendor has a limit of 1 on their $100 Xbox GC, you can maximize the value of the promo by buying multiple, different GCs from the same vendor. To do this add one of each (or any combination) giftcard they offer to your cart and checkout in a single transaction to have the promo apply. Max discount is $40.
(eg. 1x $100 MS Xbox GC + 1x $25 + 1x $50 = $175 in MS/XBL Money -20% promo = $140 out of pocket cost)
