These are the same in your starter pack...they are warm white, with the option to dim. No option to select the shade of white, or a color.

This is just a normal white light with programmable settings over your smart network. They don't offer different color options, just white brightness options. You'll need a hue bridge to use it I believe.

Yup! But that alone is worth $8/bulb.

I just got these and love them because my new home has recessed lighting WITHOUT dimmers and it's far too bright. These bulbs + Alexa are an amazing upgrade that circumvent having to install dimmers.
