NO, you can not use 20% off coupon to buy gift card.
YES, you can use 20% off coupon to buy merchandise and use the gift card that you buy today to pay the total.
NO, you will not get 5% off using REDCard when buying gift card.
YES, you get 5% cash back using Discover credit card when buying gift card.
NO, don't buy Target/retailer GC with GC online. Order will be cancelled and account blocked.

DO NOT buy target gift cards with a target gift card. Any attempts to work around this last year resulted in people having the new gift card deactivated without the funds being placed on the original gift card (i.e. Target stole money from its customers). Target refused to refund customers and many had to go through the BBB to get their money back. Completely illegal move by Target, but they got away with it and I imagine they would try and do so again.
