Same battery (lower CCA 500 versus 850) ran me $105 today installed for the CRV at Advanced Auto for the wife's car.
But you do get free snacks and a wash so for $765 it sounds like a deal if they are serving Caviar and a happy ending with that shaft...
I owned a S500 with the same engine and would get 23/24 hwy, 17 city with a heavy foot. It did have 16 plugs that cost a whole $2 each, air filter set $24, fuel filter $37.
The codes he scanned are deep codes that basically tell the service tech something might be developing but are not real problems. That is why it says clear them and see if they come back, real problems trigger the check engine light or malfunction light.

Sounds like a Lexus dealership except you don't have to visit as often for repairs
