Doesn't appear to be refurb or open box. The Yeti is a decent mic. Very heavy, and I prefer my AudioTecnica AT2035, but that's an XLR mic versus USB so it's not a direct comparison, and is $150 on its own without the mic stand or pop filter.
If you're in the market for a Yeti and missed the previous sales for just the mic, this is a great price.

What is not to like about this? Is it a refurb? Open box?

I like the color, too. So I'm in :-)
If I end up using it often, I'll think about getting a more solid boom https://www.amazon.com/RODE-Swive...B001D7UYBO
Do you prefer a particular pop filter?
That's the boom I use with my mic. Can't recommend it enough.
Blue does make a pop filter[amazon.com] that works well with all their mics, though I've never used it personally. I use one that fits my AT perfectly. When I was using the Yeti, I used a standard round filter like the one that comes with this set and it worked well for me.

It's good to have the option to use the stand or boom stand but really not necessary to have both in the deal. Everyone loves the teal but a simple black would suffice for me. Haha.
Is this everything I need for YouTube videos, besides a web cam? I see boom mics that need more equipment. TIA
This is pretty much it for a basic setup. Since it's a USB mic, you don't need (nor can you use) a mixer, so this and a webcam and you've got your basic setup done.
With an XLR mic, you'd need a mixer or amp (along with, potentially, a phantom power supply if it isn't built into the mixer), in order to connect the mic to your PC, so that's probably what you're thinking of.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am one of those "noob" YouTubers. I record and upload game and vacation videos for fun. But I just wish it would sound better. Thanks again.
