Coupon discount wasn't applying for me either. I'd click it and the little check mark appeared but no $2.50 off on the checkout page. So back on the product page, I followed the link under the coupon's "details" to more Amazon coupons and searched for bounce on the coupon page. This one & another for the dye & perfume free one came up. I was able to clip the coupon there and finally got it to work. Don't know why I had to go through these extra steps but glad I didn't have to contact CS for resolution. ☺
