May want to edit title, according to the link it is not 2 free select games, it is some game called Super Lucky's Tales plus one other select game

That is actually the way MS words it on their site. I thought it was kind of strange, too. It is just puffery. They are saying "two select games," meaning that you don't get to choose from all the games, while at the same time letting you select 1 game from the "select games." It's classic Microsoft trying to confuse. It is ingrained in their company culture.
