Possible it gives different results based on geographical area (I'm in southern CA). I tried private mode on Safari and it gives the same $699.99 result, so the lower price is definitely not linked to cookies/search history on my devices.

Confirmed worked for me also, using ipad / safari. Went all the way thru checkout at $699. Didn't add the coupon.

If you go through that cash back site with the E, add the coupon the second time around (when you actually check out). Dell.com doesn't seem to consistently save coupons when saving carts.

Link in deal post should work now regardless of device/browser. (I tried to do that initially with the Google Shopping result, which didn't work, but using the dell.com URL seems to work. if you get a "session expired" message, log into dell.com and you should see the lower price.)
