I believe so.. I've seen several deals on SD for other gift cards from them, most recently the Nintendo eShop $10 card for $7. I was actually just checking on that deal to see if it was still good and the link was still valid but was showing this Steam deal instead. I'm debating pulling the trigger on this myself, but don't have any Steam items I'm looking for (more looking for Switch these days).

Absolute scam. Tried twice and they immediately reject the payment after entering a ridiculous amount of personal data. They are obviously collecting all this intel to sell the database with your email, phone, etc
