A materials charge of $5 per vehicle will be assessed at time of installation. Some vehicles may require additional parts costing $10–$50. Manual transmission vehicles may require additional parts or labor costing $70–$120.
Your Geek Squad Autotech will provide an estimate prior to performing work that requires an additional charge (including nonstandard installation) and any additional parts. Any additional charges will be assessed after the installation is complete.

Actually just yesterday this was priced at $500ish. I know because I missed the black Friday price and had been keeping an eye on this. Gonna return the 1way just bought with a 1000ft range and get this 2way with a 3000ft range. Thanks!

Thanks OP repped. One way was front page recently for 229. This is a better deal. I am not waiting till another Thanksgiving for 199 deal. Can use remote start this winter.
Quick Question for Guru's: Has anyone installed this on Acura MDX (I have 2014) anyone have any issue or anything I should be aware?

Agreed. I regret I missed 199 and was about to jump into 1 way for 229. I am glad I waited. It's $70 more but will be useful this winter

I bought this during the last sale but returned it. The quoted $10-$50 is just parts. Each part also has an additional labor charge of $40. My Yukon needed 2 additional relays. They were about $25. After parts and additional labor they wanted to charge $117 with tax to install on top of what I already paid. The manager said because of non standard install. I have a standard stock Yukon with automatic transmission.
For the people who got it at $200 and $250 got a sweet deal in the last months. Honestly, I do not see them doing that again, by any chance they do go lower, you can always contact best buy and they usually will price adjust. Also some credit cards will do a price adjustment too.
I got this installed in my 2009 Honda accord and took an hour and half for best buy to install. One of the best purchases I made. This bad boy has long range, I can start from my office when the car is parked 6 blocks away with building in-between. Best Buy did not charge me extra when completed.
I highly recommend the 2-way remote package which comes with this since you are able to get a confirmation on the keys if the car started or not. The one way remote will not do this and you will not know if the signal actually started the car.

The 2-way remote is easily worth the extra $50 over the other 1-way remote kits Best Buy has been offering.
