The game is a simulated collection of real pinball tables licensed by Gottlieb, Williams, Bally, Alvin G. and Company, and Stern Pinball, a company which also owns the rights of machines from Data East and Sega Pinball. Additional tables have been and will be published as downloadable content (DLC) monthly. The game is available for download on a number of devices through their respective online stores, including Android (along with derivatives such as Kindle Fire and Ouya), iOS, Windows (through Steam), macOS (though the Mac App Store and Steam), PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Wii U (North America only). Versions for New Nintendo 3DS and Linux have been proposed, but not released yet. All released tables are available for free limited demo play on Android, iOS, Kindle Fire, Ouya, PlayStation platforms, and Steam. In addition, every month, an select table such as "Black Knight" is available for unlimited free play until the next table add-on pack is released. This Black Knight table of the month is only available on Android, iOS, OS X, and Windows.

Is the idea I need a non-steam copy of the game AND steam?
Also do you get these tables free if you download at any time this month or you only get them for a month?
EDIT: I still welcome further clarification but I have this game on Steam and it seems like Arabian is always the comp table and Dark Knight is just free for everyone this month.
If that's all this is then frankly this isn't even a deal. This is just par for the course on Pinball Arcade. Now, please don't get me wrong, if you're even vaguely interested about playing classic Pinball tables on your PC then this is the only serious option I'm aware of (Pinball FX being mainly new or fantasy tables) but I just am not following the deal if you don't get to keep Black Knight as part of your collection.
Update: I installed steam for the PC.. that was a bit to do, but 10+gig for the tales of the arabian nights? one hell of a down load !!! Not sure if I will be able or interested in another table!

Hi. It is only free for month of january. Then u have to buy them. It's goes back to the demo. Its the same on mobile. Free . Play to the high score. So. The deal is free 2 tables only for january.
