I *literally* had a car go through a bedroom wall, and run over my rubbermaid version of this hamper (along with causing $27k worth of other damages haha). The damn thing actually popped back into shape. If it wasn't for the oil that leaked all over it, I would have kept it as a trophy.
I've got three of these. They're nice and compact. The inside is water resistant so you can wipe it clean unlike cloth ones. Not so big that the kids can't carry them to do their own laundry.

I am looking for a cabinet type hampers, any suggestions? Once that tilt out or the ones that look like they have a little slot where you can just push your clothes in and then open the door to remove the bin?

I feel like once your doing your own laundry you can carry any basket there is
