There is no specific end date for the program.

Each particular Coke promotion may have its own activity clause.

- Participating Products:
Barq's, Coke, Coke Zero, Dasani, Diet Coke, Fanta, Fresca, Mellow Yellow, Minute Maid, Powerade & Powerade Zero, Fuze, Pibb, Sprite, Seagram's, Tab.

- Values:
Point values per code are no more, All codes are equal value, but check promotion. Check packaging for a MyCokeRewards Label! Not all Coke packages have the MCR logo, (i.e. 6-pack w/glass bottles).
However, in Coke's Give Program to schools, codes still have different values to school donations, see wiki below!

- List of Accepted MCR Letter & Number Code Characters & Character Substition

There are 25 total characters, (letters or numbers only), that are accepted in 14-character MCR codes, (out of 36 available, A-Z, and 1-0). Five of the characters may also be input as substitutions for other similar-looking characters. Either upper- or lower-case letters are accepted. The available characters are:

Letters: B F H J K L M N P R T V W X (No C D E G* I O* Q S* U* Y Z)
Numbers: 4 5 6 7 9 0 (No 1 2 3 8*)

* The five accepted substitute characters for similar-looking characters:
  • B = 8
  • V = U
  • 5 = S
  • 6 = G
  • 0 = O (Zero, '0', is the officially accepted character according to MCR error messages; letter 'O' is the substitute.)

Ah yeah, that's what they should be doing. If you are thinking collectibles, I can't recall any drinkable items being be collectible items that required them to be full. Old Coke machines seem to be the biggest cash item. I've watched a number of shows that talk about collectibles and most are about some type of figurines or signs.

I don't know how ppl are winning concert and baseball tix on the summer IWG. I can't win anything and the only thing I *don't* try for is the 20oz coke and the magnets.

Pam, but the 20 oz Coke is something you should try for. Even if you don't drink the stuff, at least it is a cap that you can use.

I just pulled out my saved 12 pk codes from the last couple months and I went to enter them for the $2 Amazon code for three 12 pk codes and 8 out of 10 said:

OOPS! This code has expired.

Now I can't even get the $2 Amazon, I'm stuck at 2 codes entered.

I must have been out of the loop on this. When did the 12 pk codes get like this. I used to get a few a year that would say they expired but this is crazy.

There definitely ARE things that are much more valuable if they are unopened, which would mean full. I once checked on the value on the two dozen or so old old old Coke bottles that were in my basement, many still in the paper case. They weren't worth much empty. But they would have been decently valuable if unopened. Even more if the cases weren't so moisture damaged.

But these will never be valuable collectible items simply because they were made to BE collectible items. The ones that become valuable are ones that most people discard and therefore are scarce somewhere down the line. Many things don't get anything with age except being older. No added value. And generally, things that are advertised as being collectible as usually the ones that are least likely to get more valuable with time.

Having trouble staying logged in to the coke site this morning, but on another note, You nailed it. Another example. Baseball cards have been mass produced since the mid 80s and have very limited value. The cards from the 70s and earlier that were thrown out by our parents when we moved out are the ones that bring the $$$$. Especially in near mint condition. Nowadays people dont throw out so called "collectible" items, rendering them very common and worth very little.
