Normally this would be a deal but since the expansion pass is only 10.49, this deal is not recommended.
I recommend buying the expansion pass which gives you all dlc content for a few extra dollars.

I like it better than the hotwheels one. It's more "real world" regular driving and handling. Pretty challenging too. All races are offroad tho so keep that in mind.
Its one of the best expansions Ive ever played in a racing game. The intro itself is almost worth the price lol

It's for you to own for ever. It won't expire. A pass is kind of a collection of current and future DLCs. So if you bought the pass, you'd get the Blizzard Mountain and Hot Wheels DLCs and future DLCs as well.
Alternatively, you could buy them individually like this one posted here.
