The 27UD69P is brighter (250 cd/m^2 vs 300 cd/m^2), has a "frameless" bezel (I think it's just a nicer looking one, but the internet says the screen to bezel ration is 5% better).

Thanks! Do you know if this has FreeSync 2 (via HDMI)?

If brightness is truly the only differences between the monitors I may grab it for my Xbox One X.

WOW this is HUGE deal - original price for that model was around $900 !!!! - Great deal - I was hunting for good 27'' monitors with minimum 2k for months and couldn't find anything below $300 for 2k and found that deal - 4K for $289 ! - bought two :-)

The price is pretty good if you really really want 4K in a 27 inch monitor (don't understand why anyone would but that's another debate). Plus it's an IPS which is good. Freesync doesn't seem as useful on this monitor because it's 60hz (a lot of freesync monitors are 120hz/144hz), I guess it's still useful on bad computers or graphically intense games where people struggle to hit 60fps.

Just got mine today. It's outstanding. I am very picky and this monitor is worth every msrp $950 penny. I used this with my pc and ps4 pro for 4k 60hz gaming. Out standing quality. The colors and calibration is very easy. Very solid and adjustable. Honestly I didn't expect the blacks to be so dark and whites are very bright. 6 color saturation individual adjustment. Im just floored and very happy with my purchase. I upgraded from a 2017 23.8inch Asus ips 1080p monitor. Can't wait to buy more 4k games.
