It comes back as Discover Deals, with a slight variation. Two options are available (Just one option for one card. You can not choose),
1) Earn $10 Cashback Bonus when you spend $50 or more in total purchases at CVS;
2) Earn 10% Cashback Bonus on up to $100 in total purchases.

Expires 02/28/2018

It looks this Discover Dear appears at non-1st-year Discover IT cards.

Yes. It's automatic enrollment. You just need to check whether it's in your online account in Discover Deals. Last time (2017 Q4) Discover sent email to notify the offer but this time I didn't receive email. Just found them sitting in my account.
