Somehow the coupon was not going in so the cashier had to call this new supervisor.
The supervisor literally asked me if I had a family or friend working in CVS.... because the coupon was for Friend or Family member.
So I sad... um.. Mike from Miami CVS store.. he is my friend. (I live in Texas btw)
She looked at me sighed then entered manual discount.

However really YMMV depends who checks out, and not sure about whether their system allows or not now. Have not done that for a long time.

The 40% is for a single item. I can't recall if the 30% is for single item or not.
