Here is a AOC Agon AG271UG 27" IPS 4K UHD G-Sync Gaming LED Monitor for $429.99 + Shipping.
This has G-Sync. However, it is limited to 60Hz. On the other side, it is a true 10 bit IPS panel, which is better than the other pseudo 10 bit panels out there, like the LG 68P series. I can't find any 4K IPS monitor lower than this that has G Sync and 4K at this price point.

Amazon sells it for $636.

A comparable gaming monitor would be the Asus PG27AQ, which costs $899.99 at Best Buy.

Yeah for the spec, although it is 60hz, the price is hard to beat.

...for comparison on the g sync up charge.
I would much rather get an IPS 1440p G-Sync 144hz for gaming and if you're not really gaming then what's the point of G-Sync? It's not like you can have a low end card and be able to drive 4K anyways.
1440p and 144hz will look better than 4K and 60hz in just about every game.
I guess my point is that if I were getting a 4k IPS then I wouldn't spend extra on G-Sync.
