found out yesterday that you can use usb adapters to hook up literally any controller to switch. wired or wireless as long as its usb it works. the only thing you lose is motion control. i'm just using my xbox one controllers as players 3 and 4 now

Highly recommend the pro controller for any real gaming. The joycons work well but just are not comfortable for long.
My joycons are laggy as fark and lose signal if there's a cup between me and the switch (which is about 12 ft away, at most)... Is that just me? I've been assuming it's because the joycons are toys and I need a pro controller.
Better wait, if possible, for a better Controller Pro deal, at least similar to the one from urlhasbeenblocked (~$50). Also, keep in mind, there will be rad green and rad orange colors similar to the ones sold outside the US.

That's not how it's supposed to be. I read something about joycon glitch. Try Googling it. We have had 0 issues and sit about that far. Try Nintendo support. They were very good when our odyssey download kept saying the account that purchased the game was no longer registered on my switch even tho it was.
We have 2 full sets of joycons. Limited edition red and neon red/blue.

I haven't experienced lag, but the signal does crap out from time to time. It's quite annoying.

Goldstar Tech. Just Went and verified it before I bash on them.
Good to know, won't be buying from them soon...
