You can get 2 mats of the same size from a generic brand for $9. In my experience, they all perform the same.

Great for cookies, especially when rotating pans that may not have fully cooled, my wife uses parchment paper, this is much more convinient imo

Some of the reviews on amazon question whether or not these are fakes... Rather be safe so I was able to price match at BBB for the same price... 13.32.

I'd trust the French over a generic Chinese factory, the silicone may be safe but the binders could be anything.
