$1.88 in my area too. None available at any store within 100 miles of my zip and they don't offer ship to store for some reason.
Bad thing about your post: you need to put the retailer in the title.
Good thing about your post: I was able to open the link you posted without getting redirected by SD to an affiliate link that never loads since it's not a hyperlink.
AVOID These!
Yes I know it's name brand, Dupont and sold by HD. The first time I used them, it left black rubber scratch marks on my windshield. Very hard to remove.
The rubber quality is very poor and fit is awful, there is a reason no HD is still carrying them due to returns.
I have used them for the last three years without an issue they get them for black Friday and then clear them out for 1.88
They might not last as long as the top brands, but they aren't $14.00 each either. People slam the ones Costco sells too, but they are only $4.99 when on sale and seem to be OK.
I got these last year when they were on sale for...I think $1.88 or something like that. IMO, they really are crap. If you just need wipers to pass inspection or to have a backup set in case your main wipers fail, I'd say go for it. But I'd really recommend spending just a few bucks more per wiper for something else.
I ended up swapping back in my old Rain-X Latitudes (which were several years old and way past their prime) after a while.

Edit: just kidding, shows up when I search for "DuPont blades"
