never again, placed an order with a previous sale deal, everything supposedly in stock, three or four days later get an email that EVERYTHING in my order was out of stock. Don't waste your time.

This did happen with my order, but it was only for 2 out of 8 items. I'm not familiar with the scents so I ordered a variety, and the cancellation actually ended up working to my benefit. Once my order arrived I found out which scents I really liked, called Bath & Body Works, explained what happened with my order, and asked if they would be willing to waive the shipping fee for a second order. Not only did they waive the shipping fee, but they gave me 25% off my $16 order (because I had used a $10 off $40 or more on my original order). Absolutely no questions asked - it was a five minute phone call (literally). One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
