I got the 8 pack of these in December for $15. Slightly cheaper but the anchors/screws are pretty cheap. I'd expect them all to be cheap honestly. They work great for my guitars.

Not in terms of value. They're cheap padded (lightly) hooks for $2.

But yes you could hang up your weed wacker using one of these, just not sure why you would when there are hundreds of better options.

The arms are horizontal in the picture but can be twisted any direction. I've hung things in cheapo hangers like this for years at a time without issue. You seem very uninformed.
