There was an OD paper deal posted last week, but the price actually has dropped.
Office Depot is now selling paper and you can get 1 cent or $4.01 back (if you subscribe to the item) after rebate with $40 GC to OD.

I don't believe coupons invalidate the claim as it wasn't in TOC.
