Common Samsung Order Issues
Start by adding any discount you may have to the account if applicable.
You might not see the discount price until the last step. Just try to go through the order process and see if the price changes for you.
Log into the shop Samsung app and see if the discount shows up at the final checkout then Log back into samsung.com and see if the discount now shows up at final checkout.
Try clearing cache, logging in and out, new browser or PC or phone or tablet.
Try starting as a guest and only log in at the end when it forces you to.
Prices sometimes change during the order but make sure the discount appears at checkout.
You can try starting from the samsung reservation email if you have one. Thanks keung
2 Promo per samsung account and it counts recent trade in phone promos.

Phone powers on & holds charge
Normal wear & tear
Functioning display & no cracked screen
Has an FCC ID & not blacklisted
Factory reset & no software locks
If you do not send in your Trade-In Device within 15 days of receiving your new device, you agree to reimburse Samsung for the full trade-in value that was applied to your purchase. If you send in a Trade-In Device, but your Trade-In Device does not meet Samsung's eligibility requirements for your selected Trade-In offer, you agree to reimburse Samsung for the trade-in value that was applied to your purchase minus $25. You authorize any such charge to be made on the same payment method, or the same Samsung Financing offer if applicable, used for this transaction. No device will be returned to you.

I hate the curved screen because it makes it harder to hold, can cause incorrect touch detection, and just causes glare. There's basically no benefit. But I disagree on the aspect ratio, having the extra vertical room is nice, especially when the keyboard is showing.
