On a funny note, I got Dh to go with me to Target and get this, he did a run on his own. Granted I told him the basics to buy, throw something pretty in for himself, and set up his q's and picked his casher, but he did it. No problems whatsoever and he did quite well for himself.

Most of the Kohl's in the area are open today, but this was a store in Bergen county, which has "Blue Laws" that say only stores that sell necessities can be open on Sundays.

Elbow noodles cooked firm, butter, eggs, carnation milk, cheddar cheese, dry mustard, black pepper.
Drain noodles, place in casserole dish. Butter noodles with about 1 tbsp of real butter. Stir in 2 eggs and 1/2 to 1 tsp of dry mustard. Stir in shredded cheddar (tonight I used a small brick of sharp cheddar and a brick of cheddar jack), Pour evaporated milk over dish until it reaches the top of noodles. Grind black pepper over top and Bake at 350* until bubbly and browned on top/edges. Let sit for awhile before serving. Thats 'my recipe'. Fattening
