This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.

All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

and, as for poor kitty.... admittedly, I shed a tear or, more like a flood as I read that. We are such softies, when it comes to animals. I have taken in so many strays that I have a feeling people drop their animals out near our house. (we live on an acreage, so we have been able to care for quite a few.)

oh, and people in size 3 jeans make me very sad too....I was a size 3 in 5th grade.....it didn't last long.....Sadwalk

You know, after looking at the first pair (very cute by the way) I'm thinking that if that skinny bitch has a muffintop in those jeans, what chance do I have?? Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) Blink
Man something! You have to be skinnny to be a jeans model I see! Heck that is to skinny, I am small but good grief. I think I looked anorexic when I weighed 110, now I weigh about 122 or so and I bet that girl weighs less than me. That's crazy! I have a small frame, so I look healthy now I think.

Honestly I was a bit shorter back then, but I think I even weighed 95 lbs in the fifth grade and was wearing a 3 for my height at the time. It has been my size 3 to 5 for as long as I can remember. Even when I was chunky after I had my babies, I wore size 6 but looked a bit plump. Probably flabby is more like it, I exercise now. That chick is tiny!

And of course I am going out tonight to find a semi-formal dress for a Christmas party, I have a feeling I will be disapointed
Thanks stormy! Smilie

Yep, the only thing around here that approaches the number 3 is my OOP at T Rofl2

I have very little desire to go shopping these days, and I definitely don't need anything called Baby Phat to draw attention to my Baby Fat! I keep saying that I don't want any new clothes, I just want to fit into my old clothes... but I'm working on it Cool2

Comfort I know how you feel. I went misdiagnosed for 18 mos with mine! They told me at first it was an ulcer. Like a good little girl, I sucked it up. Found out I was preggo & had gallstones all in the same week. Crying Thankfully, that was 14 years ago!

Gosh, I need to stay tuned and learn from you all. I missed a lot of the good deals in the past!

Last year I had mysterious pains in my side, and went to the doctor twice a month for months, (should have probably owned stock in Prilosec, etc...)was sent to a GYN, and also had a CT scan, but nothing found, other than a fibroid (which freaked me out, but not the source.) Eventually, it was decided that my pain was probably just a weird reaction to stress. My father had been suffering from diabetes and had undergone several amputations during the year, and about a month after his passing, the pains just disappeared. This year I had almost the identical thing happen, when my mother passed away unexpectedly. Sorry, I do not mean to be such a sad sap.... I am just fine now. Just saying this seems to be an area that docs struggle to figure out.hug

Silly you... amazon delivers pizza? LMAO

There was a Papa John's thread last night in Hot Deals (valid only yesterday). People were giving away codes to order a free medium cheese pizza.

I used the codes to order free pizzas for a FEW days this week. Whistling
