That and I keep getting these incredible shooting pains in, for lack of a better term, my butt. Well, my glutes. It happened the other day while I was teaching and I had to sit down *immediately* (which was probably weird b/c I always stand while I teach).
Then it happened earlier today while shopping; then just a second ago. I had to roll off the couch onto my knees b/c standing or sitting was painful.
Oh, the joys!!
