You can get almond bark at WMart in the baking section. It comes in brick form like baking chocolate. You can melt it in the microwave or a double boiler ( I prefer) If you don't have a double boiler, make your own by putting water in a pan, bring to slow boil, put almond bark in another pan and 'float' over the water. They're very good...the taste of white chocolate covered pretzels with a little chocolate. yummy

Mmmmm, they do sound good. I think I'll have the kiddos make these next week too. Something to keep them busy while they are out of school!

Wow, all the teeth problems. I had all four of mine done at once while in high school and was totally knocked out and had NO problems afterwards. I just didn't want those who might have to have this done in the future holding off on it or not doing it from fear of infections and pain, etc.

Good point! I think that you just usually don't hear about the ones that didn't have any issues. My dh, sister, brother, niece and tons of others that I know have been fine and up doing things the next day. I also think the younger you are the better. Like I said, I was 34, had 2 kids to chase and didn't listen to the doctors orders. I really have no one to blame but myself.

Thanks for the idea. I tried to call the DM this morning but there is no answer at the office. I called targets customer service line and I do not think the idiot understood what I was trying to say. He kept repeating, (in an indian language which made it so difficult for me to understand!) What is the problem madam.

I have been a floor manager for the hardlines dept (specifically toys, BLECH at xmas time, awesome at other times) at Target and I would never dare talk or treat a customer like this. I have taken more coupons in my life and you guys would probably have called me a Jedi, LOL. I just didnt care, so what if you saved money, wasnt coming from my check! . Lakeisha is saying she is a store manager, but that is not what corporate told me. So impersonating a store manager is not cool with me either. I am guessing she is just a lowly LOD and wants to have more "power".

Thanks. They gave me a stronger antibiotic and a different pain pill yesterday. Unfortunately I do not have insurance, and this medicine was over 80 bucks just for 3 days supply and thats the dang generic! WTH. Today is the first I have ate! I had a over well egg and a glass of instant breakfast. I have lived on the instant breakfast for the last week.

Im 24 and just one kiddo. I am a single parent (well not really, I am engaged and DF works 900 miles away, and is usually gone 4-8 months at a time, there are times he can come home, but other than that its not long) and I just wanted to sleep. It was so hard with a 5 year old bugging the heck out of me.

Have a holy hell-lot of grading in front of me today (seriously, the stack of paper is like 2 inches thick!) but still must get to Target at some point today. Teehee

Has anyone received anything from the McDonald's post-it rebate yet? I got 1/2 back but it didn't have a McDonald's card in it, just a letter saying that we "had met our limit for this promotion." That's a bunch of BS because their form said "Limit one per name per address". That means that me and my DH should have been able to get one, right?

I was going to ask this very question. I haven't gotten any back to me, but I haven't gotten any GCs yet.
