So if you have read this, I am sorry for being so long-winded! I do not really have any other Target's near my house. The next one is about 100ish miles away (depending on which route, its between 100-120 miles) and I cannot drive there that often. This one was just over an hour and was feasible to drive to during the week while DD was in school.

I'll share my T story...not nearly as bad as yours.
Ok, I was already tired and not feeling well and I had left my q's at the first target which I didnt notice until i had my run altogether at the 2nd store, so had to go back to the 1st store and grab them. (left them on a sehfl, im a dummy lol) So then i go to a 3rd T....get my run together...which took forever b/c I just couldnt think straight.
Go to check out, everything goes fine and he gets to like the 3rd coupon and this witch in line behind me, who apparently works there, starts yelling at my cashier that he can not take internet coupons if they are not in color? I was like excuse me??? I use these all the time here. (rayovac) she yells at my cashier no, you can not take those turn on your light now. I'm pretty sure he's new so he listens. The cashier next to him was like what's going on? The old witch ignores her and I turn around and I say she's telling him not to take my q's b/c they arent in color...I told her and the witch...i have a black and white printer! She goes did you get these off the internet? I said yes from a coupon website!! ($1/2 bonne bell q's) so noone is coming to help him...she stomps off to gs to pull an lod or whoever back over...
meanwhile the very sweet cashier next to my cashier comes over and tells him to scan them and the register will tell him if he can't take them....so he scans them all and k1's like a champ, but i was seriously ready to just burst into tears b/c i was not even in the mood. Why is using coupons so freakin difficult?
But the rayovac are in black and white even if you have a color printer, unless you print the blue background above it and don't cut that out.
I inadvertently printed some of the rayovac that had the 4 pack limit on them and didn't notice till I checked out at the Cave Springs store. The cashier said I couldn't use them for the $ spot batteries as they were not 4 packs, he checked with the LOD who must have said something to him before about these coupons. They have seen a lot of them, and I guess know that some have the alkaline 4 pack requirement. I always buy alkaline, but only the two pack from the dollar spot.
I didn't realize I printed the other coupon until the LOD pointed out it was for the four pack. I had the newspaper version of the coupons, so I just used them. I disposed of the 4 pack requirement coupons when I got home and printed the right ones which I used successfully at that stores and others since.

Sounds like everyone is having a crappy day!
My husband informed me that he can no longer go to my mom's house (2.5 hours away)with us the day after X-mas because he gave his supervisor the day off and he has to work. He didnt even suggest that we go another day. Then he told me that he will probably go get his son (who lives 3 hours away) right after we open presents on Christmas. Uh hello...what about us. We discussed this last Christmas. Can you go get him either before or after Christmas, but not on the day of...I know I probably sound like a whiney, shitty step-mom, but I am very frustrated and depressed about the whole thing.
Anyway, I am sure I won't be able to sleep tonight. Maybe I will go make a nice, big hot chocolate with vanilla vodka.

When I have a $ off coupon I always tell them it needs to be scanned first or it won't work, only a few times cashiers refused to do it this way. One was an LOD who wouldn't take the party coupon anyway for my animal plate purchases and another time in Cave Springs. Good thing that time my total was still high enough in the middle of scanning coupons and me saying it wasn't going to work at the end a few more times, the cashier grudgingly scanned it. It was also the party coupon with pigtail lady.
