Today we decided something had to be done with them. I opened them up and broke them apart and found the mint chocolate chips are right on the top. So you can kind of pick or knock them off. They are regular Choclate chip cookie dough with the other chips just sprinkled on the top.
So I removed the mint chips, broke them apart and put them on cookie sheets. They are freezing in the freezer. I will bag them and we can pull out as many as we need to bake.
I have 240 cookies, so I can use them awhile. HA!

Luckily he missed the Kurv and the soda on the bottom of the cart - a three or four inch space - the red that came to help was surpised that he missed everything too.
