I am positive the SPX3000 can be used with a foam cannon, and it also includes the quick adapter that this poster thinks it does not include. I have this pressure washer, I use this foam cannon from Amazon. I have used many car shampoos... it works well with snow foam but also with regular Meguiar's Gold. Depends on how dirty the house is. If it's got a lot of mildew and staining, get a gas pressure washer so you don't spend a whole week out there. Also, get a good cleaner.

No mildew or staining house was just painted 3 years ago so mainly just dirt/pollen
