I'm pretty sure this is the same one I bought months ago and it does support HDR passthrough.
I bought to use with my version 1 PSVR.
This allows me to switch from VR to tv and keep the HDR on my tv without having to disconnect from the vr.

I have this and for some reason it flickers when playing overwatch. I have it hooked up to an onkyo receiver and the TCL 55inch. Only flickers during overwatch. It's the only game I play, but if I'm watching Netflix on my Xbox or HBO go no problem. I'd buy again and have had no other issues other than having to get up and press the button when I want to switch from my projector to my tv.. it passes through arc and the 4k Netflix to my onkyo no problem.

this is not a fully compliant switch with HDCP 2.2 HDMI v2.0+, and it only supports 3.4Gbps so its not going to do top shelf stuff or newer 4K BluRay content.
