I just picked up the player last night after the OP. It's simply stunning with details and colors on my 135" projected screen (mitsHc5500). I've connected via RJ45 wired connection and it has all the standard apps ( typical Samsung Smartspps). It updated the firmware and doesn't list what the update is meant for. Couple of things to notice ( not necessarily the deal breaking) 1. Little loud/annoying disc loading or spinning noise. (Very notable) after the movie starts.., it's quite. 2. The closed captioning font color is always black. If you use CC.., at dark scenes, it's very hard to read and I can't imagine a Black and white movie..!!

I'm very satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend for this price..!!

Yes it does, I already checked the listing in Amazon. It comes with the 4k, regular Blu-ray and digital code with Ul. But I am not sure if the steelbook version does. It may be safer to get the cheaper version just to make sure one gets the digital code

This does not have Dolby Vision support. I am not sure how the player handles a movie with DV... does it convert it to HDR10?

What exactly is "digital with Ul'? Which service is it?

I've never had a BBC disk come with digital before, guess they're learning Smilie
