Looks like Costco has the lowest prices on the Samsung Galaxy S9 (T-Mobile only). S9 is $679.99 and S9+ is $799.99 if you buy outright. With $360 trade in credit, the price of the S9 is $319.99 and the S9+ is $439.99.

Pricing only applies to outright purchases, if you finance the phone the retail price is higher. Offer appears to be available in warehouse only.
$360 trade in devices:
Galaxy S8 / S8+ / S7 / S7 Edge / Note8
Apple iPhone 8 / 7 / 6s
$200 trade in devices:
Galaxy S6 / S6 Edge / S6 Edge+ / S5 / S4 / Note5 / Note4
Apple iPhone 6 / 6 Plus / 5s / SE
Trade in credit is via online rebate. You'll need to submit a rebate using promo code C18SAMTRADE online at T-Mobile Rebates page:

Trade in device must be in good working order without physical or liquid damage with the activation lock, anti-theft feature, or Find My iPhone feature turned off.

1. S9 price is $679 + tax
2. You will get a pre-paid label from costco to send your trade-in phone to T-Mobile
3. Once phone sent you need to apply for promotion on t-mobile promotions site.
4. For S7 trade-in $52 as onetime bill credit and $308 as prepaid card (total $360)

When I did the trade in via Tmobile, I had a choice of phone models from different carriers to choose from, so I'm guessing yes.
