What you should have done (and could do in 30 days if you wish to reapply) is to simply apply as a "Sole Proprietor". From that point, pick a category/subcategory that makes sense for you, put minimal levels of income and years in business. I have gotten 3 Chase business cards doing exactly that (2 using my SSN, the 3rd with an EIN), as have a large number of other people - oddly enough, it is easier to get approved following those steps than for legitimate small business owners applying for their businesses.
One thing to know, the buyer protections granted to customers of non-business VISA cards may not come with the business card. You may want to check carefully before using this card for higher risk purchases.

What amount is the CB and bonus?
this card is in no way a replacement for that one.

The best raw cashback card I have is the 2% Citi DoubleCash. With 3 pts/$ in dining/travel and a 1.5 cent/point redemption (or more if you transfer to partners). The CSR gives an effective 2.5% better cash back on dining and travel, which negates the $150 fee after $6000 in spend.
Not to mention the Priority Pass benefit (I've taken 10 people traveling with me into a lounge before a long international flight, totally worth it for food + drinks + showers) and awesome trip cancellation, delay, baggage delay benefits (I've used the trip delay benefit once to pay for a few meals + drinks).
I've actually opened up a Freedom Unlimited that I'm replacing my DoubleCash with to get 1.5 pts/dollar for all non-travel purchases.
Call to expedite after approval and youll get the card in 1 to 2 days
Thanks. Didn't know you could do that. I'll apply and then call to get it expedited.
If I apply for this for my business, seeing they ask for my personal credit info as well, will this card appear on my credit report, the business', or both?

Chase business cards do not appear on your personal report.
Nope- see above. They do CHECK that the applicant is under 5/24 to approve you though.
