What you should have done (and could do in 30 days if you wish to reapply) is to simply apply as a "Sole Proprietor". From that point, pick a category/subcategory that makes sense for you, put minimal levels of income and years in business. I have gotten 3 Chase business cards doing exactly that (2 using my SSN, the 3rd with an EIN), as have a large number of other people - oddly enough, it is easier to get approved following those steps than for legitimate small business owners applying for their businesses.
One thing to know, the buyer protections granted to customers of non-business VISA cards may not come with the business card. You may want to check carefully before using this card for higher risk purchases.

I got my instant approved with $45k CL, even I do have other bank business card which only $15k CL.
Follow the flowchart.
if you're getting 7-10 days you need to call the recon line.
Sent multiple emails via their security messaging system to get a match, but they kept telling me to go to a branch office.
Anyone able to get the $500 match either through email or phone call their customer service?
Highest value will be transferring to airlines for first class airfare- you can often get 8-10 cents per point for that (meaning 50,000 points is worth as much as maybe $5000)
Next highest is same thing for business class- where 4-6 cents isn't uncommon, so 50k points might be worth $2500ish
After that- and probably the most "efficient" way- would be transferring to airlines for coach fares... this is more in the 1.5-2.5 cent a point range typically... (though if you had a southwest companion pass it'd be over 3 cents a point since you can effectively get 2 tickets out of each ticket)
There's some transfers to Hyatt for hotel bookings that can also get a bit north of 2 cents a point (but many that don't).
After those options you're looking at either 1.5 cents a point for any travel (hotel, rental car, airfare, whatever) booked via the chase portal if you also hold a Chase Sapphire Reserve.... or 1.25 cents using same method holding one of the "lesser" annual-fee chase cards like CSP.
And then after THAT is just using them at 1 cent a point for statement credits- which is the "best" option for people who never travel, but sucks compared to the others for those who do.
How do you get 8-10 points for first class?
Isn't it a 1 to 1 to transfer points to hotels or airlines?
Isn't it a 1 to 1 to transfer points to hotels or airlines?
That's not quite what I said... I said 8-10 cents per point
Transfers are 1:1, but the airline point cost for first class is often such that you're getting 8-10 cents in cash-equivalent value for those airline points.
(versus more like 4-6 cents for business class fares, and nearer 2 cents a point for coach fares)
All of which obviously beat the hell out of the 1 cent a point you get using the points for cash statement credits.

I just paid a 3k dental bill with it. Even pre authorized the charge with Chase. Shouldn't be a problem using for medical bills. Lots of people pay their medical bills through businesses.
