What you should have done (and could do in 30 days if you wish to reapply) is to simply apply as a "Sole Proprietor". From that point, pick a category/subcategory that makes sense for you, put minimal levels of income and years in business. I have gotten 3 Chase business cards doing exactly that (2 using my SSN, the 3rd with an EIN), as have a large number of other people - oddly enough, it is easier to get approved following those steps than for legitimate small business owners applying for their businesses.
One thing to know, the buyer protections granted to customers of non-business VISA cards may not come with the business card. You may want to check carefully before using this card for higher risk purchases.

Thanks
Yes. Absolutely.
It comes out to only $167 per $1,000 spend.

Do you have a ton of cards offering better than 16.7% on routine spend? And that don't eat a 5/24 slot while doing it?
(also 5x UR on a number of useful categories on top)
if so, by all means, post them!

Even though it's $167 per $1000 spent, can you list any other cards that would give you $500 bonus with no annual fee??
I feel that most people who have good-great credit use/spend $1000+ per month easily anyways. Also, I don't know any other card that will give you 5% back for paying your phone/cable/internet bills. I get $170 back per year for using this card to pay for my family of 6 phone bill ($280 per month with ATT). My parents and two brother pay me directly through zelle for their portion of the cell phone bill. If they upgrade their phones and the installments are added to the bill, they pay me for it and i get 5% cash back on their new phone upgrade. So, pretty much easy cash back money for me.

Yeah, while wasting a 5/24 slot- so you failed to correctly answer the question- I award you 0 points.
THIS card does NOT waste a 5/24 slot and gets you 50,000 UR (and a card that's useful to continue to keep and use into the future as a nice extra perk)
YOUR card gets you only 20,000 UR and DOES waste a 5/24 slot.
If you have a lot of trouble managing more than $500 spend in 3 months, your option might be the only choice you have- but otherwise you'd be far better off getting this card first (and a number of others as well) to maximize total reward value before moving on to the card you cited.

Yet they both have the same cost of a hard inquiry.
