Of course I don't know your pain from a hockey perspective, but it similar to my experience with the Steelers. A large group of locals love to throw Tomlin's winning record around, but I think they make the playoffs despite his poor coaching. And then the team & coach gets exposed.
The Ovechkin era has been fun, but my heart's been breaking every so slightly more since they can't find a way to shed the 2nd round exit. It's simply amazing to have one of the best goal scorers of the current era on your team and they can't get it done.

I am hoping we can finish the Flyers off tonight and let a few players heal up before we meet the eventual winner of your series.

Letang & Kessel both had a bad game tonight. I was hoping we'd close this series out tonight so Hornqvist and others could heal up. Now we're probably gonna need all hands of deck Sunday so this doesn't go to a Game 7.
All we have talked about is a 3-peat but if we drop Game 6 all the talk will shift to this could be one of the worst collapses in NHL history.

Winning one Cup is a difficult task, so 3 in a row would be an extraordinary feat. So in general if they were to fall short, it would be completely understandable. However, if they somehow fall to escape round one to an incredibly inferior team like the Flyers, it is going to eat at them all summer.
I have never been a big fan of Letang because he is careless with the puck far too often. In the playoffs, that can cost them a game.
My money is on Sid having a huge game on Sunday and the Pens blowing them out

I hope your right my friend. We're still up 3-2 and they'd have to beat us twice so I'm not in full panic mode .... Yet
This years team is hard to figure out and understand. Every time I start to doubt them they get on a roll and every time I feel we can't be stopped they let me down.
