These are fantastic ovens. We first had the Smart Oven Pro and just loved it. While more expensive it was a huge improvement over every tabletop oven/toaster that we had before. While it toasts perfectly, I would not call the Smart Oven Pro a toaster. Next a slick deal came up on the Smart Air Oven and we got one. We had a hard time believing that it could be that much of an improvement over the Smart Over Pro and we were wrong. We use the Smart Air Oven for everything that the Smart Over Pro did plus a whole lot more. I never thought I'd use the Air Fry Option as much as we do. It is a bit of a game changer for us. I also used the dehydration a bunch when I had tons of Habaneros, Scorpions, Ghost Peppers and Jalapenos in the fall. I was able to make fantastic powders and crused dried peppers. We also use the Warm option quite a bit to take the chill of our dinner plates in the colder months. These are great table top ovens and you will find yourself using these over your larger ovens. They also cook better than the GE profile dual ovens we have as out "main" ovens. The only "complaint" is that it does take a bit longer to make toast with the Smart Air Oven because it is larger and takes more time to heat up. We still have out Smart Oven Pro and bring it out when we are hosting lots of family/friends for the holidays.

Wait for BB&B to price match and then go in store and use the 20% coupon. I got mine for $256 doing that about a month ago when Williams and Sonoma dropped the price to $320 and then BB&B dropped to the same price a few days later.

great oven. does everything well. Re: above it toasts, dehydrates, air fries, and is capable enough to act as a second oven. A dehydrator and air fryer alone would cost you at least 100$ each.

Anyone have advice on air frying though? I use air frying recipes I find online(temp and time) and it doesn't come out crisp. Just tastes well baked.
