I bought this last time it was on sale. After research, it seemed most of the bad reviews were due to delivery damage. I was able to pick this up at a location that had it in stock. So far it has been great. The sticker on the unit and the manual do state garage ready. It has been doing well in my garage which is currently about 30 degrees (0 degrees outside currently). The main con for some is this is manual defrost. An auto defrost is going to be a lot more, and less energy efficient.

I picked this up at a local Walmart too. No complaints, but I question the retail value of $450
