The 55 C8 is not a good deal. If you do Buydig's call in every Sunday, they have the C8 for $1600.

Also Buydig/Beach Camera ship their TV via Fedex as opposed to a freight company, so you'll receive your TV in 2-4 days as opposed 7-14 days.

glad i got in with the prev gen. new gen did not improve much and from the more critical reviews the improvements arent perfect either. The only real positive I see is if you game this is better.

Still a good price for entry into OLEDs with a new model.

Picked one up. Had been looking for an 07 under 2k, but for $600 or so I'll take a chance that the upgrade is worth it
