For those who wants more info on OnePlus6 trade in credit, read this

this is 2018 and still no wireless charging??? <-- cuz you don't need it. Plug it in for 30 mins and you're good to go for another day and a half.
BS, wireless charging is super convenient, and of course you don't "NEED" it, but I won't buy a phone without it..

QHD is fast becoming the norm at the top end of the mobile market, the screen resolution on the OnePlus 6 is a key area where they obviously look to keep costs down.

No Verizon Band 13 support - even if we were to SIM swap this has no support for Verizon's USA-wide Band 13.
WRONG INFO => Obviously you couldn't make calls either since this does not have CDMA or Verizon VoLTE support.

Doesn't stack with referral discount of $20 off accessories purchased with phone purchase

OnePlus 5t deal from 6+ months ago that sold for $450 with the discount are still selling for $400+ on swappa.

This is the only discount these phones ever get, no need to worry about the carriers running a B1G1 sale and ruining resale values.

What is the PayPay/Chase discount? Is that on top of the student one?

High price tag , WITHOUT FULL network coverage
They run great on all GSM networks, maybe CDMA will disappear soon and then they will work on every network in the world.

one weird thing about the One 6 is the glass back with no wireless charging capability. It seems like it goes back in time to the iPhone 4/4s era.

If you ever used a OnePlus with dash charging you would know that wireless charging is not even necessary. Maybe the glass back improves Network signal strength? I never had any issues using my OnePlus 3t on att or TMobile I always got great speeds and coverages. Dash charges the phone from 0-~90% in an hour while the screens on and your using it and it doesn't get hot!

I am not dissing the phone. I just personally prefer wireless charging. Finding and keeping the cable plugged in are hassles to me, especially all my places are equipped with wireless charging pads.

In addition, I no longer fast charge my phone as the battery degrades too quickly, and that I have learnt a hard way. As of now, every time I charge, I slow charge and go only to 80% then stop at that.
Ive used wireless charging in the past for years with Samsung. I honestly don't miss it

Oneplus has the highest resale value of any phone. This phone will resale in mint condition on Swappa for over $500 for the next 6 months until the next model comes out.
