Why are dubious deals always posted by people with 10 rep?

Why is this a dubious deal? I'm considering a purchase.

I was looking for a firewall to use along with my ubiquiti unifi setup. Has anyone on this forum used this personally?

Shipping delay of 1 to 2 months on Amazon. Looks neat if you're okay with a "smart" firewall.

Yeah, wtf is a 'smart' firewall?

Packet filtering firewall
Stateful firewall
Next-gen firewall (still a bit dubious)
Web application firewall
Host based firewall

These are all firewalls I've worked with. Never have I heard of a 'smart' firewall.

Personally I'd be leery of anything like this that plugs in and magically works. That said I'd you have unifi you can setup a guest network and put all your smart devices on that network. It will prevent them from accessing each other and any private network addresses, aka your other devices on your main network such as your computer. This is what I do with all my internet of things devices.

Why do smart home devices not come with individual firewall built in? Just like a PC, this supposed to be the basic feature in the first place.

Why not get a Unifi Secure Gateway?

If there were a firewall in everything, most buyers wouldn't be able to make it work.

I have the unifi gateway, but it doesn't seem to do much as a firewall. I will look into it a little deeper to see if there's something I'm missing
